“Kiwi Consciousness: New Zealand” is the Imago Mundi collection dedicated to New Zealand, presented on Thursday 20 October in Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche.
With a ritual ceremony, Maori artists Ngahina Hohaia, Chris Bailey, Sally Smith and Priscilla Cowie, together with Rosa Maria Falvo, an expert on contemporary art from the Asia-Pacific region, mark the passage of the works of art of the collection from their creators to their new custodian: Luciano Benetton, president of Fondazione Benetton Studi Ricerche.
